TU3的PTS

  • 要测试TU3(4/25)的新内容,他们计划执行PTS(公共测试服务器)。 PTS服务器已上线

    • PC:uplay - 游戏库里搜索PTS,找到后下载
    • epic:不知道;PS/XBOX:没有PTS
  • RAID八人副本延期到五月份
  • PTS是测试服务器,不保证会应用到正式服

 

PVP - “challenging and fixing”

  • 标准化

    • 统一调整到装分500,这样你的配装依旧能发挥很大作用(如果调整到装分很低那么各项属性都很低也就没有了配装区别)
    • 技强会被特殊对待。你已经配好的技能配装在pvp中不会因为标准化(降低技强)而无法使用
  • 调整了一些武器类型在PVP中的可用性。例如增强突击步枪【+25%伤害】
  • PVP腰射时无法暴击
  • PVP的对玩家输出伤害的比例降低为40%(从70%),技能的伤害比例增加到25%(从20%)
  • 暗区

    • 污染物品

      • 掉落更多的是污染物品而不是干净物品。
      • BOSS保证掉落污染物品,高级boss还可能掉多个
      • 污染背包增加到6格(2个暗区天赋可以将其增大到10)
    • 暗区等级分区缩减到两个(30级为界限),增大玩家密度。(未来还有进一步计划来保证12人暗区排满)
    • NPC血量/护甲增强,和其他终局内容相一致;NPC伤害降低
    • 地标在清理后有大约一分钟的冷却
    • 红名

      • 降低红名死亡后的冷却时间(统一为10s);开红开关的冷却时间不变
      • 原有的降低红名冷却时间的暗区天赋取消,改为新的暗区天赋让你能减少死亡时损失的经验值
    • 暗区可掉落515装备分数物品(暂时,只有这个方法能跨越装备分数上限)(“我们希望solo/PVE玩家们能挑战下新事物;当然如果被喷得太狠,我们也许会考虑不这么改”)
    • 贼窝的特殊子弹在切枪后无效(未来有进一步计划增大贼窝吸引力)
  • ODZ“被占领暗区”

    • 和普通pvp作区分,有自己的数值调整比例(不过暂时依旧是40%左右和普通暗区一样)
    • 未来计划

      • 会添加“红头”“金头”等(没有灰名),让你有一代的暗区的感觉
      • 减少游荡的NPC
  • 冲突战

    • 直观看出玩家的护甲数值
    • 改善重生点系统,增大和队友一起重生的几率
    • 30s的伤害buff/额外护甲buff:效果削减一半
    • 死后,技能冷却时间不会清零

装备

  • 为什么要nerf?为什么不能BUFF一切?

    • “理论上我们可以这样做,但如果你玩过WOW就知道数据爆炸是多么可怕的一件事”
    • "削弱一些天赋是为了玩家着想,这样他么就不必固定某个格式走(在这之前,例如狂战天赋几乎是必须要有的),玩家可以解放出来,这就是多样性啊!"
    • 如果数值太高,再搞新的世界等级(世界6)就很不好处理
  • 奇特:会提高一些奇特的伤害,例如鼠疫伤害是原来的三倍多;“我们对奇特武器的关注重点还是放在天赋上”
  • 天赋

    • 精神错乱:牺牲 20% 武器控制力 来获得 +20% 武器伤害
    • 压力使然: 装甲每耗损 10% 就增加5% 爆击伤害
    • 维护保存

      • 击杀一名敌人能在5s内回复10%护甲(爆头回复20%)
      • 击杀一名敌人能在3s内回复5%护甲(爆头回复15%)
      • . >=7 防
    • 刺击

      • 爆头击杀增加35%技能伤害(20s)
      • .>=5 性能

PTS第一阶段的平衡还没做完,官方在直播时念了一堆也不知道是哪个版本的平衡数值,这里我懒得翻译了,因为很可能要改

PVE Killing an enemy repairs 10% (5%) armor over 5 (3) seconds – headshots improve the repair to 20% (10%)

Spike

Headshot kills grant 35% (25%) Skill Damage for 20 (10) Seconds
Requires 5 (3) utility attributes

Reformation

Headshot kills increase skill repair and healing by 15% (25%) for 20 (25) seconds
Requires 9 Utility attributes

Safeguard

Reduce healing bonus to 50% (75%) - reduced duration to 5 (7) seconds
Less than 4 (5) offensive attributes

Clutch

Increased health gained per critical hit to 20% (15%) reduced armor gained per critical hit to 1% (2%)

Surgical

Reduce critical hit chance bonus from 8% to 5%

Spotter

Increased weapon damage to pulsed targets to +20% (10%)
Increased requirements to 5 (3) utility attributes

Kneecap

Shooting an enemy in the legs has a 15% (10%) chance to apply bleed

Entrench

Headshots from cover repair armor increased to 10% (5%) of your armor.

Patience

After being in cover for 5 seconds, armor repairs by 5% every 1 (3) second (requires 9 (5) defensive attributes)

Unbreakable

PVE: 70% (25%) of max armor is repaired when your armor is depleted. Armor kits used within the next 7 (5) seconds are not consumed.
PVP it is 25% (15%) of max armor and 7 (5) Seconds.
Requires 11 defensive attributes

Bloodsucker

PVE: Depleting enemies armor adds a stack of 25% (20%) armor bonus for 10 (20) seconds, max stack is increased to 6 (5)
PVP: 20% armor bonus for 5 seconds, max stack of 5
Requires 11 defensive attributes

Berserk

PVE: the 10% weapon damage for every 20% (10%) max armor depleted
Requires 11 offensive attributes and AR LMG or SMG equipped

Bloodlust

PVE: Swapping weapons within 3 seconds of a kill grants 35% (25%) weapon damage for 5 (10) seconds
PVP: 20% Weapon damage for 5 seconds

Used to require

Requires 9 offensive attributes now

Blacksmith

Killing an enemy with your sidearm repairs 50% (25%) of your armor can occur once every 15 (10) seconds.
Require 11 defensive attributes

Critical

Reduce critical hit damage bonus from 8% to 5%

官方说“第一阶段测试重点是找bug,平衡还没调整完”,所以下面的不用看了

做到一半就看见官方的这个说明,本来我还准备去reddit发帖,这下也给我省去不少麻烦,
等测试进入平衡阶段了可能会有官方公布具体补丁日志,到时候再说。现在等不及想看的话可以去看看这两个reddit的帖子(不全)

weapon

  • AR: pvp damage +25%
  • exotics

    • Lullaby: damage +11%
    • The Chatterbox: damage +16%, reload time -0.5s
    • Ruthless / Merciless :damage +20%
    • Liberty: damage +9%
    • Pestilence: damage +233% (still do 26% less damage than normal m249); pvp damage modifier halved to 1.25

gear

  • new requirements category: >= 9/11 O/D/U
  • gearset

    • Ongoing Directive: 6p not procs when killing neutral target (rabbits, ...)

gear talent

  • Safeguard: Killing a target grants a 150% 50% bonus to repairing and healing effects for 20s 5s. (pvp=pve) (require <= 5 4 offensive)
  • Bloodsucker: Depleting enemy armor adds a stack of 20% 25% (pvp: 20%) bonus armor for 20s 10s (pvp: 5s). Max stack is 5 6 (pvp: 5). (require >= 7 11 defensive)
  • Berserk: + 10% (pvp: 5%) weapon damage for every 10% 20% of max armor depleted.

    • Requires a Shotgun, SMG, or Assault Rifle Equipped (same)
    • ADDED: (require >= 11 offensive)
  • Unbreakable: After your armor breaks it is repaired by 25% 70% (pvp: 15% 25%) and using an Armor Kit within 5s 7s (pvp: 5s 7s) does not consume the Armor Kit. Can occur once every 60 seconds.

    • No other active talents affecting armor kits (same)
    • ADDED: (require >= 11 defensive)

DZ

  • now only 2 dz braket: lv0-30, WT0-5
  • dz perks

    • 2 dz perk let you carry +4 more items in contaminated bag
    • 1 new perk let you -20% xp lost on death
  • rogue

    • group rope cut now +25% rogue timer
    • various kinds of rogue cooldown: reduced to 10s

misc

  • possible several new gearsets
  • possilble new exotic armor
  • free FP cache added to BoO vendor (only in PTS)

        我喜欢terry,他挺有原则的,就像1代末期,虽然骂的人很多,但他并没有改,其实那时pvp的平衡性已经非常好了,只是大多数玩家没有找到团队配装的方法,也没有系统的训练射击和配合,所以说感受不到游戏的魅力和自己所能达到的程度,所以没有体会到乐趣。见过的,团队配装且会配合的,ps端亚洲也就两三队吧,1代如果能再给pvper们一些时间的话,我想一定会有更多的玩家找到方法的。

    1. 先把格式定下来,数据往上填就是了。改的都是简单的数值替换就好说,唯一的意外是新加的校准分数0-100,这个要研究下背后的逻辑
